The Redback grinder’s edge is a very simple concept: resilience.

The intelligent load sense system continuously monitors conditions in the grinding chamber and automatically adjusts the infeed floor and feed wheel speed to maximize throughput and efficiency. It will even reverse the infeed floor in the event of a jam to allow engine speed to recover. An operator can also manually reverse the infeed floor or activate the ‘crush’ feature to clear breaches in the grinding chamber by remote control.

With two Redback grinders available, there’s one perfect for your recycling operations. The DS800T features a Caterpillar® C18 diesel engine offering 785 hp and 2736 lb-ft of torque, and the DS1125T is equipped with a CAT C32 diesel engine producing 1125 hp and 4056 lb-ft of torque.
